So with the encouragement of my friend Aaron, I am working on getting myself healthier. One of the things he told me to do was to make 5 goals that would improve my health. One of my goals has been to drink 3/4 gallon (96 oz.) of water per day. Obviously water is good for you, but I saw this diagram from the Mayo Clinic on what exactly water does for the body. So here's to water - drink up!
